This is a beautiful one of a kind hand sewn quilt from the 1960’s. It is a patchwork quilt made of mostly pink and white squares, along with some squares featuring a pink, white, black and blue geometric floral design. The back is an emerald green fabric trimmed in a wine/brown fabric. The green fabric has the most unique design. It is an Egyptian themed design featuring people and animals. The contrast between the front and back of the quilt is quite stunning.
The quilt is shown on a queen sized bed in the photographs. The measurements are approximately 69” by 81”. It is made with a soft cotton and is quite light for a quilt.
This quilt is a must have for the collector and is also a beautiful piece for anyone who wants something special.
