  Wow this is a beautiful lamp. 

Lamp needs a little tlc.   I wanted to take apart and clean the inside of glass,  I believe the bottom is soldered and stoped at my attempt.   Inside  the glass there are little spots and looks like a film. 

Glass is hand-blown and there are  natural folds, twists and bubbles,  some of these may look like damage or cracks but  they are not.  

Lamp is a beautiful piece of art.  I only see a name on the harp.  Berger name.  Photo with this information.   There was no finial for shade.  

The base looks to have a shade of blue, but does have tarnish damage, the metal between and on top are also tarnished with shade antique brass.
