I am unsure of its age or manufacture, but it is quite old. It is a good size, and measures about 5.5” tall at the top of the lid, 4” tall at the handles, 3.25” tall at the rim, about 2.75” deep, 12.25” long across the handles, 9” in diameter across the length, 7.75” wide and 6” by 4.25” in diameter at the base ring.
