I had a wonderful opportunity to acquire some lovely calico cotton. This one is a marvelous 19th century dotted floral with lots of picotage in the printing. Gorgeous pattern. The hue is a wonderful brownish color. Possibly a madder root dye but definitely more in the brown range than red. Gorgeous hue of brown you don\'t find often.A perfect textile for quilting, historic & country clothing, home/farmhouse pieces, period doll making, restoration work etc.. Excellent added to a collection as well.
Condition is very nice, unused and in wonderful condition. As nice as when it was first made. A rare survivor in this condition.
