It also has the paper label on the bottom: Music Box DancerSchmid No. 306 Japan
In very good vintage condition.
The music box works. Still rotates when plays.
The side of the base is signed: Sally Henny Penny, Beatrix Potter.
Measures about 7 1/2 inches tall by about 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the base.
One of the baby chicks has a small chip, you can see it in the pictures, is barely visible. Could be colored in to be masked.
There are no other chips or cracks.
