Thisis a Rare vintage 1988 Batman the Cult Counter Top Header card,signed by Jim Starlin with COA-certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and produced byDC Comics. This header card measures 6.75 x 9.5 inches and does have some damage present but still presents well. This was a promotionalitem used to promote the release. To our knowledge these promotional items werenever sold to the general public and were only given to the top 3,000 comicbook specialty store accounts. This makes promotional items in the comics bookworld extremely rare and hard to find if you consider many are used to coverwindows (fading), taped to windows, counters, walls (damage from tape or pins)and or just thrown away after use (less numbers around today). Any"shiny" marks are from the light reflecting off the coating on theitem, and are not a printing defect.
