This is a rare and highly coveted single issue comic book of Batman #163 from the Silver Age era of DC Comics. The book features several key characters such as Robin (Dick Grayson), Joker, Batgirl (Betty Kane), and Batwoman (Kate Kane) along with Batman (Bruce Wayne). The comic is in a low grade condition but is still an excellent addition to any collector's library.

The vintage publication year is 1964 and it belongs to the Batman series title within the DC Universe. It is a part of the Justice League of America superhero team and is written by Sheldon Moldoff. This English language format single issue comic book is a must-have for any fan of the US Comics tradition and comics and graphic novels in general.

This is a pre-owned Silver Age comic book that has a few substantial defects,but still is a valuable key issue with other good qualities. The cover has a missing circular chunk( 1x1 inch) on the bottom right corner(see the photos), a small circular color scrape, right over the price /DC logo, spine wear with spine ticks, spine nicks, s few smaller cuts , and some color breaks along the spine and spine area. All the other edges have some light surface wear and blemishes. Colors/inks are decent, there’re is lower gloss/sheen, and much reduced reflectivity. There are some smaller indents/very light creases on spots on the cover. Inside pages are all intact/whole and complete.The pages are cream colored, tannish, no missing advertisements, no cut outs, decent centerfold. All of the pages have the same missing chunk( 1x1 inch)through out the entire comic. The back cover has substantial surface wear also with spine abrasion , spine ticks/nicks/cuts/ stress marks , smaller tear/missing chunk, upper right corner, some light soiling. This is a key issue with some substantial defects and smaller blemishes, but is still a good solid, collectible and readable book still with good value. Please look at the photos.
