Hi.Up for offerding today is an untested Ms Pacman board.It really are untested as opposed to the many sellers who list stuff that they know is broken as \"Untested\". I really don\'t have any way of testing it but it looks to be complete and in very good condition. From my understanding these boards are not hard to repair and it would be fine for parts. I am sure that this one does not work because someone removed the upper left heat sink, transistor and a couple of capacitors. These are not expensive parts.Of course I combine shipping at no extra cost because people should not be trying to make money off of shipping charges so check out my other sales..If you get this and it works we will both be happy but I encourage you to offer as tho it does not work.Hope for the best and plan for the worst!Good luck and happy offerding!!
