This lies mostly flat and is in good condition with no crease marks or tears and only some light corner and edge wear. It is mostly clean on both sides with small areas along the backside top edge that have light cardstock deterioration. Trace evidence at the corners indicate previous album storage. Please examine photos to determine overall condition and to assess the extent of any wear and/or blemishes.
