This is an EstateFresh old pair of short Arts and Crafts Candlesticks. They are marked RWP on the bottom which is the mark for R Wilton Cowhich has its origins in Wrightsville, North Carolina, starting back in 1892. These old Candle Holders look to have an inverted Art Nouveau Tulip decoration with was quite popular in the Arts and Crafts Movement in the early 1900\'s. These are quite a nice pair 3.75\" tall x 3.5\" in diam at the base. I can find no information on this pattern or design and I know it is quite scarce. If you love that Mission Furnishings design or even into the Mid Century Modern style, these are a must have. Great when the power goes out or a perfect gift Idea for an A&C lover. Maybe even an Art Deco collector would like these, they cover so many style trends and lend well to all of them! Great even if you dont collect that style, they are stylish all on their own.
