You are invited to offer on an antique single weight powered brass clock movement. I have little knowledge of old clocks but will share what I know about this clockwork. First, only the movement is available. I understand it to be a single weight powered movement. It appears to me that it is all there minus the pendulum and a screw to hold the hands on. I think this is an 8 day movement. This movement may or may not work so I am selling as is for repair or parts.
I may or may not have the weight and chain setup correct in the main photo. I think this movement was made by the MONITOR CLOCK WORKS Co. in Medina, N. Y. About c.1918 but it is not marked anywhere on the brass.
Included with the movement is , chain, weight, pulley, and a small eyelet to fasten one end of the chain I think to a base on the clock.
Hope someone can use this. Hate to see it end up in a land fill.
