Here we are offering a repair and refurbish service of your Atari Asteroids (upright, cabaret, or cocktail model) arcade game's power supply 'brick', as seen in the pictures. Does yours have burned fuse holders (common for the 25 amp fuse holder), or does it have the original "Big Blue" filter capacitor still installed?? If so, then it's time to get those failure-prone parts replaced! With our service you pay one price and that's it, no hidden charges or fees, and we cover the return shipping (U.S. customers only). If you need to have the AR-1 power supply board serviced and upgraded, we do those also!!! And yes, we also repair the game board if that needs repairing, with over 25 sold here on !! Here's what is included with this service:1) Your power supply module will be repaired back to working status. Once everything is completed, the module will be run overnight to make sure all is good prior to shipping back to you. It will be hooked up on our test bench to an Atari AR-1 and X-Y monitor, so that the proper load will be applied to it.2) All original snap-in fuse holders will be replaced. No more having oxidized connections between the fuse and the holder.3) The original "Big Blue" main filter capacitor will be replaced with a brand new one. If yours is original, then it's just a matter of time until it fails, and the game will no longer boot.4) We cover the return shipping if you're in the U.S., so you only pay for the shipping to us.
