Offering an Atari Asteroids Deluxe PCB from 1980. This is a revision -01 board, with version 3 ROMs (as identified by MAME ROMIDENT).
This PCB recently completed an 8-hour continuous-on test and an 8-hour turned on & off several times test, with games played along the wayalong with all self-tests. All self-tests, sounds, controls, dip-switches, etc., worked perfectly.
This PCB has been thoroughly cleaned and is in excellent cosmetic condition.The edge connector on this PCB has had one pin on both the parts and solder side (same pin) expertly repaired.The high-score-save and operator setttings/statistics chip and associated circuit is working perfectly.On quick review, I do not notice any repairs on this PCB.
The Pokey has been thoroughly tested with a Pokey testing tool and all functions of the Pokey are working 100%. In some cases, some Atari gamesdo not use all functions of the Pokey. A Pokey may work in one game but not another which may use different functions of the Pokey. ThePokey in this PCB has been tested for all functionality and is working 100%. It will work in any Atari game that uses a Pokey.
All sales are final, no returns. Be sure to check voltages before installing. Bad voltages may damage the board. I am not responsible if the PCBis installed incorrectly or in a set-up with incorrect voltages. The PCB will be tested one more time before packing and shipping. When it leavesmy hands, it will be a 100% working board.
What you see in the pictures is what you will get. These are photo(s) of the actual item you would get. They are not stock photos. Note: TheJAMMA adapter is NOT included. The voltage read-out tools are NOT included. Just the main PCB. This has an Atari serial number label of(no Atari serial number label present). However, there is a number handwritten on the board (which may be the serial number before labels wereused) of 015234.
I have set the buy-it-now price lower than several other recent tested/working Asteroids Deluxe PCBs sales. Why pay more for the exact same item? PlusI noticed every one of them does not mention if the high-score-save and operator setttings/statistics chip and circuit is working properly. And nomention if all functions of the Pokey have been tested and are fully working.
