Are the sound effects not playing or don't sound right?? Worried about buying an expensive used replacement PCB set know knowing what condition it's really in or what's been done to it?? Well, look no further. We have been repairing classic coin-op arcade PC boards for over 20 years and counting, and service most of the operators here in the New Orleans area. We also have a personal collection of over 60 arcade classics, as well as maintain a Facebook page where all repairs are documented and photographed, so that details of repair can be shared with the arcade community. After using the Buy-it-Now, we will message you our shipping address for you to box up and send your non-working, complete, Asteroids DeLuxe boardset to. The Buy it Now price covers the board repair with the one exception of the 40-pin custom Pokey IC. If it's bad, you'll be contacted for replacement options, as we carry used Pokeys as well as the FPGA PokeyOnes. If the board is dirty, that's OK as these boards are over 40 years old and should be a bit dusty and dirty (while it's in our care, it will be thoroughly cleaned as well). Please provide a brief description of the issue(s) you're having with the boardset.

First, your board will be bench checked and repaired as needed to make it function 100% again. All of the original 40 year old factory sockets will be removed and replaced with new dual-wipe sockets. No more having to push on the socketed ICs to make the game work due to poor IC to socket connections!!Next, those socketed ICs will have their legs cleaned and missing heat sinks will be replaced. Your PCB board will then be burn-in tested for 24 hours, and shipped back to you. We pay for the return shipping to you (U.S. only)!!

We only use quality Pace brand soldering/desoldering equipment so your board will not be butchered up during any socket or IC replacement.
