Crafted with Curly Koa wood, an exotic hardwood found only on the Hawaiian Islands, this pen was made with great care and meticulous attention to every detail here in our wood shop in Cedar Hill, Texas. Curly Koa is a beautiful wood with an iridescent wavy grain that changes as you tilt it back and forth. The grain looks like it's moving under the finely polished finish. The accents with gold finish complement the grain with an elegant look.
The "Panache" style pen is unique clipless pen that is designed to stand upright when not in use and will add flair with its design to any desk. The cap is threaded to screw on and off and is designed to be left off when using. The pen is hefty with a solid feel and feels luxurious to hold.
A cyanoacrylate (CA) finish protects the wood providing one of the most durable protective finishes for use on pens. The wood barrels have been polished to an ultra-smooth glossy shine. It is a thick bodied pen that feels great in your hand with the silky feeling finish. It uses a rollerball refill which is included (black, medium). The tip is spring loaded for a smooth writing experience. Includes presentation box to present as a gift.
