There is no date on the letter but the ink type and stationery I would approximatethis piece in the 1930\'s-1940\'s. I have transcribed the 2-page letter. There is mention in the last paragraph that reads,\"I don\'t like the bill that was passed yesterday reducing the pensions of widows to $30.00.
