A RARE and outstanding French bronze depicting Archangel Guardian with a child. Signed by Victor Paillard in Paris. An exceptional amount of detail on the sculpture with wonderful facial expressions. The sculpture in set on a gilded wooden base. Dates back to the period of the mid 1800s. Signed by Victor Paillard in Paris. An exceptional amount of detail on the sculpture with
wonderful facial expressions. The sculpture in set on a gilded wooden base and dates
back to the period of the mid 1800s.

The overall dimensions are a height of 8.7 inches (22 cm), a width of 5.7 inches (14.5 cm)
and the depth is 4.3 inches (11 cm). The sculpture is in good condition with no damage besides age-related wear
