This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.

Description

Same As It Never Was! - Written by Erik Larsen. Art by Jim Aparo, Eric Battle, Bill Sienkiewicz and Ray McCarthy. Cover by Erik Larsen. A split issue tells two parallel stories: A young Aquaman shows the beautiful Mera around his city and she is kidnapped by Fire Trolls, first seen in Aquaman (1962 1st Series) #1 (with art by Jim Aparo and Bill Sienkiewicz). Today, Aquaman\'s rival, Noble, shows Mera his kingdom beneath the sea floor (with art by Eric Battle and Ray McCarthy). Once again, the Fire Trolls appear...this time led by the powerful Lava Lord! 32 pages, full color.
