(5 clear stones almost for sure diamonds, but i don;t have a tester, 5 years, approx 2.77 grams marked 18k on back, cto oc tanner mfr, tie tack)if a gem jar holder is used to hold the pin upright for photo, it is not included in sale. just used to prop up pin. same for the pen cap that shows size comparison, thanks
