Beautiful, so called "disco ball" formation of Apophyllite, from a rare find in India in 2001. The apophyllite grows on a matrix of Stilbite crystals. In good shape. The color of the apophyllites is lighter compared to the other one I just listed, but the specimen is larger, and has good coverage of Apophyllite and Stilbite on both sides of the specimen. The previous dealer assessed this piece to be $845,-. I'm not sure about that, but i've left the price on it. It's not doubt that this is a nice larger showpiece from this rare 2001 find for this style of Apophylllite.This specimen is 957 grams, or 2 lb and 1 3/4 oz. The size is 8 inch x 4 inch x 2.5 inch. Due to size and weight of this specimen, i ship with Priority shipping, medium box.
