Unused and in near mint condition with a low number of 152. Sorry, no proof, but the person I obtained this from told me that this was once part of KSC Director Kurt Debus\' collection. He said that later Debus gave this badge to his executive secretary. (Hopefully this information is true. At any rate it\'s difficult to find an unused blue pass). Blue passes were reserved for high-level VIP\'s and are much rarer than the gray colored badges that were issued for general use. Please see the two photos I found on the internet that show former President Lyndon Johnson and then current Vice-President Spiro Agnew both wearing a blue badge at the 1969 launch of Apollo 11.
