Absolutely stunning small size snuff / pill / trinket box in 800 silver.
Engraved sides with a rope like and bead pattern. Inlaid on top with what appears to be either soap stone or plaster used for high precision molding / carving.
The detail is astonishing.
The silver is marked on bottom as well as on interior by: 800 and LP
Unaltered item, left in condition as found, sold AS IS.
