This sale is for a remarkably well preserved WWI poster that was printed by Globe Printing Company, Ltd for British Empire Union. Poster art was created by David Wilson. It was meant to discourage the buying of German goods. It portrays them as killing their babies, torturing our men, taking our women and drinking our liquor, burning and killing everything...only to sell us some goods! NEVER AGAIN!!! Actual poster measures 19 3/4\" x 30\". Some very minor issues, one of which I found as seen in picture 3. The last person that owned this did a great job getting it preserved, properly.WE ARE....THE MUDLARKS....diggin\' deep so you don\'t have too!!!!!!
