Antique galalite Picture FRAME with hand painted portrait. With glass and ring. Early 1900´s Probably french. Heavy.

Lovely rectangular shape in galalite material ivory color.With hand drawings in black.

Very original frame version, staggered on 6 levelswhich gives it a sense of depth.

Hand painted portrait of Victorian Lady. Surrounded in the center by bronze applications. Full convex glass. To hang with ring. Heavy

In very good condition considering the age. Showing normal wear.

The glass is complete.A small cut line above (see last photo) but it is hidden by the cuts that the frame was originally manufactured in, made in small parts.

On the back delicate brocade fabric from the period in very good condition.

Measures: 22.5 cm x 20.5 cm x 3 cm (8.86 in x 8.10 in x 1.18 in)

Weight: 700 grams.

It is made by airmail certificate tracking.
