This is an amazing antique ironstone bread platter and if you are a lover of all things crazing and cracking this is for you! Gorgeous platter showing the history of time! An elegant wheat pattern on the inside near the handles. One side reads on the outer lip, give us this day, the opposite side reading Our daily bread. Under the rim showing some sugar bites. The bottom stamp is two lions, reading SR Co, Ironstone. This beautiful platter is perfect for the love of crazing ironstone!
Details: Bread Platter, bottom stamped SR Co, Ironstone with 2 Lions. Measuring 12\" across and 10 1/4\" wide. Wheat pattern with Give us this day, Our daily bread. Crazing of the glaze over the entire piece. Hairline crack travels around the bottom of the inside of the platter, hairline crack starting down the middle of the platter. 3 sugar bites noted under the lip. Please be aware this platter has lots of crazing and cracking and is sold as is.
