Antique WWI Gorham Facsimile Eighteen Pounder Artillery Shell Cocktail Shaker

Stunning estate fresh WWI era antique figural artillery shell cocktail shaker attributed to Gorham in beautiful polished condition with holder for drinking glasses.
Projectile is the the actual shaker with two-piece fuze lid.
Heavy bottom brass shell casing holds silver plated drinking glass holder.
Top and bottom pieces both marked "FAC-SIMILE - EIGHTEEN POUNDER - SHRAPNEL SHELL" and "PATENT APPLIED FOR - IN AMERICA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES"
Measures 22 1/4" tall x 4" in diameter overall.
Fresh out of a local estate collection. Stunning polished antique condition with light evidence of age and handling. A small dent in the main body of the top shell piece and a few heavier scratches throughout that do little to detract from appearance. Professional high polish mirror finish with very few to no polishing marks. All pieces fit together tightly. Displays beautifully.
