So manufactured in Connecticut. A great piece of history and beautifully preserved. Has rust, may have some crust but shouldn’t take much to remove. Edge is actually sharp as is but you will need to give it a razor sharp edge if you intend to use it. Hand has no cracks and fits well to the socket. The blade itself has a fish tail taper, meaning it starts at 3” to the neck of the chisel and ends at 3.5” to the cutting edge. Really nice feature and makes it stand out from the rest.

I intend to love this quickly as Hubbard slicks don’t come up for sale often and even one such as this with a fish tail design.
