Although listed as used, I do not believe it was used as anything other than for decoration. The item is 11.5 in. x 6.25 in. in diameter. The dish is 1.5 in. deep. As can be seen in the photos, the inside is immaculate, and there is some natural patina visible on part of the lip. There is also some water staining on the outside bottom of the dish. I purposely did not polish this off as that may detract from its antique value; but it can be easily cleaned with some brass polish/cleaner.
