The frame is beautiful. It is in excellent preowned condition. The only flaw is a tab to hold a picture in on the back is missing. 3 remain. I know nothing about the woman in the picture. Seems many of these were cut from postcards. It has convex or bubble glass. Ring on back to hang it. Please look carefully at the pictures. The pictures are a large part of the description.
