Description Wonderful Victorian era multicolor intricate paisley woven wool shawl with black center and fringed border. Measures 64" by 127" (not including fringe). Condition is very good. There are some holes and there is wear to the fringe. Look closely at the photos and zoom-in to see where I have marked where the holes are with blue tape. Most of the holes are small pest damage size, the largest is 3/4" and it is near the outer edge. Overall not a lot of damage for a cloth of this size.This shawl looks great, the fabric is strong and has good weight. When held to bright light you will see the holes or small separated areas. Imperfections are to be expected at this age but in general it was gently used and well kept.Selling in as is, as found condition.Will ship with care from a smoke and pet free environment.
