Used

Unusual and ornate antique wood and gesso? frame. The top of frame has a flower in a vase image as a masthead.
The photo of the man with beard is not identified, has some damage and is faded.
The photo is placed in the framethough a slit opening on the back. A piece of tape holds it in place. This photo can be removed from the back and replaced with your own loved one or a different photo.
This unusual frame measures approx. 14" at peakby 10.5" at widest point. Inner velvet mat area approx.6"W x 8"H and the inner photo area at istpeak is 5 1/2" H by 3 3/4" W. The metal separating the mat around thephoto is approx. 1/4" wide.
The wire stand still works and hold the frame in an upright position.

Condition:

Frame has a chip out of Gesso in upper left corner otherwise in good condition for age. Nice wood and gesso? frame in good condition with original wire"kick-back" for table top sitting. The gesso? overlay on wooden frame has some paint loss and shows some cracks on the overlay. One tip of a leaf on right side missing. Photo has discoloration and oxidation from time across image
