This item was donated to Haven Hospice CHARITY and the description is based on what the donor told us.There are over 110 stereo viewer cards with this antique stereoscope viewer some of them copyrighted in the 1800s by Underwood and Underwood. There are also some from Canvassers. The majority are from Keystone Viewing co.Several historical pictures of the White House including inside pictures and a picture of President McKinley and his Cabinet who was elected in 1897 and assassinated in 1901. Also early pictures of Native Americans, Hawaiians, and Eskimos. Also a picture of the Battleship Maine damaged in Cuba harbor which occurred in 1898. Also, Pyramids, the moon, Yellowstone, Old Faithful and some colorized ones picturing 1890s Victorian and early 1900 American life.The viewer appears to be in the Oliver Wendall Holmes design and has been glued and with a couple of newer screws but it works fine.
