Antique Southern Pottery Edgefield South Carolina Clabber Bowl Baynham. In my light box you can see the rainbow sheen quite well. I was informed that the Baynhams mixed oil with the clay for viscosityreasons. The last 3 photos show how it will look in person in normal light. It does have a crack that starts at the top and comes down the side and turns towards the handle, stopping just short of the handle. I stabilized the crack when I found this piece a few years ago. I have since found another to upgrade mine, so selling it here as is. It is a nice shelf piece for any collection. It is 7\" tall and 8\" wide at the top. I attribute it to Baynham.
