Antique Silver Plated Statue/Figurine Military Man Hussar c.1900

Description: Presented is a beautiful statue depicting a military officer holding a horn and a sword mounted on marble pedestal and silverplated. From around 1900s.

The statue is made of white metal and silverplated. The plate is in great condition with no loss and nice patination.

The officer clearly belongs to the Hussar regiment but it is hard to tel which one. The statue came to me from Germany - they had several Hussar regiments from 1700 till early 1900, many other coutries did as well. The fur hats like this were worn by several Hussar units including French and British Hussars.

The statue is 7.5\" tall. It\'s in excellent condition for the age with no damage and minimal patina wear.
