I got this at an estate sale. It was pretty much black. I did Polish it. I can not find any markings on the piece. I feel it is sterling silver. But I am unsure. The only unique thing about it is that the holes make a star symbol. I looked and looked online.So i'm hoping one of you is an expert and knows that you're getting a deal.
