Returns

Returns are accepted 30 days after the ship date on most of our sales.
You must return all items, accessories, and/or parts listed in the sale or your refund will not be honored.
Your return may take up to 7 days to be processed; after we receive the item(s).
Refund payments are only returned in the same form as we received your payment. We will not take requests for different forms of payments.

Shipping and Handling

We do not ship to addresses not specified on your account. Different address requests will be disregarded, unless you change and verify your new address on your account.
Combined shipping is offered for most items but may not be available for this current listing. Please see the Payments section for more information.
Delivery confirmation is available for all packages. Please inquire before or immediately after purchase, before invoices are sent out and you pay for your item(s).
There is a shipping and handling fee applied to all sales; depending on weight, size, and complexity of the packaging. This is typically between $0.35 and $3.00 USD.
Items are shipped after cleared payment has been received, Monday through Friday around 3:00PM CST. If payment is not received before 2:30PM CST the next shipping day, shipping will be delayed.
