This rare antique glass Hobbs bitters/barber bottle from the late 1800s features a beautiful white coral or seaweed pattern against cranberry colored glass that is sure to impress. It is hand blown and 100% original, making it a unique addition to any collection. The bottle is in excellent shape and has been well cared for over the years. Soda bottle shaped with polished pontil mark on base. Rolled lip design with ceramic/cork stopper and wonderful texture overall.
This item is a Victorian era seaweed art glass bottle that was made in the United States by the Hobbs Brucknier Mfg. Co. Cranberry color depth varies from side to side, and see photo of one small carbon spot near the base. Stands 9” tall with base diameter of 2.75”. Free of chips or cracks. Excellent hard to find bottle for collectors. Shipped insured with UPS ground.
