Pair of fancy, very well made legs or feet for a lamp or clock. I purchased them from an estate that had a large collection on high end French ormolu and other continental European lighting. Sconces, chandeliers, and lamps. The wealthy chateau style home had an entire basement room full of this stuff plus many parts and pieces. These came out of that room so I assume they were for a lamp but could have been for a clock or some other luxury object. Could have been off a box or small casket. The gilding is worn but they are still nice. The casting was excellent quality. One is a bit more spread out than the other but gentle pressure can return it to the position of the other, or vice versa. There is a little hole for a screw or nail to apply to an object. They are a bit over 5l” long. Ships asap! Thanks
