This is an antique program for the Opening of the New Hartford Bridge (Bulkeley) in Hartford, Connecticut on October 6-8, 1908. There were historic reenactments, parades, concerts and fireworks. It was quite the three-day celebration. This program shows some wear, as you might imagine. Please refer to the photos for a full understanding of the condition of the paper.
