Here is a beautiful one of a kind handmade Norwegian Rosemalingminiaturemarriage chest / dowry box / trunk. Circa 1900-1920. Has been hand painted with wonderful detail. All Original paint is still excellent. has a small wire hook and eye loop in front of chest, has small, tiny nailed construction and 2 small hinges on back of chest. Has wire handle in top of Domed chest top. in very nice original condition with some very light and minor paint loss spots. One hinge in back has a bit of play in it from the nail not being all the way in at same depth as opposite nail hinge. It is fragile and stunningly delicate. Measures approximately 4 1/2\" long x 2 5/8\" wide x 2 1/4\" tall. please view all pics.
