This New York Beauty -- or Rocky Mountain Road of you prefer -- is in very good condition. The quilting is great and the fabric is strong. There's some spotting and browning, a few seam splits and a few hard to spot small fabric wear spots that don't go through the back. I have not treated the quilt to try to remove the aging and spots, it feels clean and doesn’t have any smells. Please see the photographs as they are part of the listing.
