This is a hand woven Navajo rug in nearly perfect condition. It is 40 inches wide by 70 1/2 inches long, 102cm X 179cm. It was appraised in 1975 by Rugs Inc. in Los Angeles, CA for $350.00 which was market price in 1975. The appraisal paperwork will be included. This rug has been stored in a cedar chest for over 70 years other than when it was appraised 49 years ago. This rug has been passed down 4 generations now and hopefully it will go to a new family to be passed down many more generations to come.
