Please see all photos for the details of the cosmetic condition of the lamp. There is no shade included. This lamp has been tested, and it is working. I believe it to be green onyx, not jade, as it has streaks of brown and red.

There is an area of the onyx portion that has some damage near the bottom of the lamp - please view the photos for views of this damage as shown. In addition, there is also an area that I identified on the cord that had a cut - this portion has electrical tape on it to protect it and keep it working, it could also easily be re-wired by a knowledgeable professional.

Please view all photos for the cosmetic condition of the lamp. This comes from a smoke-free home. Lamp measures 8\" at its widest portion, and it is approximately 24.25\" tall. The cord on it is over 12 feet long. Light bulbs are not included with purchase.
