It looks and feels like an older piece, very heavy with solid bronze fixings and hand blown Millefiori in the base. There are a few scratches in the bronze but overall highly excellent condition. I have not come across a piece like this anywhere. Measures 4\" diameter and 3.5\" tall. Very heavy. Assuming this is Italian, but it could be United Kingdom as well.
