In pretty nice shape as the pics show with minimal wear but 1 of the areas where the pen rest is slightly bent but other than that it comes exactly as shown. The pen rest measures 9 3/4" x 4 1/8" x 2 1/8" and the paperweight measures 4 7/8" x 2 7/8" x 2 1/2"
