Please study the photo. You are buying a Large (12 hole) sugar mold. You are buying just the wooden sugar mold. But, we carry it all. The sugar molds were used in Mexico to form what they called (piloncillo), a dark hard cone shape almost like molasses, sugar (see last photo). That is how you buy brown sugar in Mexico-even today.
