Handmade. The bag has a beautiful handmade painting on showing the tables of the covenant with two lions supporting it.
Below you can see the owners name and year both in Hebrew:Ya'acov Sapir, TRPZ (1926-27).
The tefillin are in very good condition, the bag is in poor condition- please check the photos.
