Extremely rare luxurious antique Italian table set of stackable trinket boxes
Up for sale is elegant antique Italian smokers set consisting of stackable trinket boxes and ashtrays made of heavy pink marble decorated with bronze finishing and topped with a lovely figurine of a fish.
The functionality of the set is shown on the pictures - the square trinket box has two additional compartments that can used separately as open boxes or stocked one on top of the other.The cylinder box has four additional compartments that can also be stocked on top of each other.
An elegant and luxurious piece with beautiful change of color in the stone which I believe is marble (very heavy) or may be alabaster or pink quarts. We tried to capture the shade of color on the pictures to be very true to the one in life and to show all the beautiful peculiarities of the ornament inside the stone.
Dimensions:
The cylinder box fully stocked is 20,5 cm (8\") high and 8 cm (3.15\") in diameter. The weight is 1.3 kg (45.85 oz).The square box fully stocked is 10 cm (3.94\") high, 11 cm (4.33\") wide and 7 cm (2.76\") deep. The weight is 993 gr (35.03 oz).
Condition:
Very good antique condition. A few tiny chips, on the edges of the round top cover, and on the body of the boxes a few very small ones. Please carefully see all pictures.Shipping:
