Antique wilson filer with PATD. dates the globe mfg.co Painesville. O. Filer has rust and dirt throughout and could use a cleaning. The piece of wood with the patd dates on it has a crack in it . It doesn\'t look like it goes al the way through. The metal piece on the handle has a split on it and has come loose. The guides move freely back and forth. Great display piece for any collection. Don\'t know much about this item other than its use to sharpen saw blades. So please use pictures for best description. Please ask any questions. Item is sold as found.
