This is an antique wooden wall crucifix cross that was hand-carved in Germany. The crucifix features a depiction of Jesus Christ and is likely a Catholic religious item. This crucifix belong to my great aunt. It belonged to her mother. Her mother and father were born in Germany and moved to the states and settled in Illinois. My great aunt married and moved to Texas. She died in 1984 at the age of 88 and was a very devout Catholic. This crucifix has hung in my home since 1984. As you can see it's very old it's well over 100 plus years old. It has been hanging in a smoke-free home. I would love for someone to have it and cherish it as much as my family did.
